Made of 100% solids silicone rubber, it self-cures at room temperature, self-fusions to form a seamless film, achieving IP68 waterproof sealing in a single application – completely eliminating the problem of traditional insulating tape requiring three layers to prevent water ingress, and avoiding the on-site mixing and curing of liquid coatings. It boasts a high volume resistivity of 1.8×10¹⁴ Ω·cm, a breakdown voltage of up to 53 kV, flame retardant V-1 (V-0 customizable), and ample electrical safety margin; its thermal conductivity of 0.45 W/(m·K) does not affect heat dissipation or infrared temperature measurement, it is UV resistant and anti-aging, with a design life of ≥10 years. Available in mixed red, yellow, green, and black colors, providing insulation and phase color matching in one step.
