PHONO LBS-G20-HV-5016 is a 20-foot containerized liquid-cooled energy storage system for large-scale projects, rated at 5.02 MWh. It uses 314 Ah LFP cells and a 1500 V-class DC system with a rated 0.5C charge/discharge rate. Battery modules, intelligent liquid cooling, power distribution and fire protection are integrated in a compact modular design that supports flexible expansion and whole-container transport, cutting on-site construction and maintenance costs. Intelligent liquid cooling keeps cell temperature variation within a pack below 2.5 °C, and multi-level active fire protection improves operational stability and safety. The system supports Modbus, IEC104 and IEC61850, and can be paired with a modular storage PCS-transformer skid for 6–35 kV medium-voltage grid connection.
Used for large-scale PV and wind co-located storage, grid frequency and peak regulation, centralized C&I storage and renewable microgrids — supporting renewable consumption, power smoothing, peak-valley arbitrage and grid ancillary services.
