EVA, EPE and POE photovoltaic encapsulation films with high light transmission, strong adhesion and PID resistance.
The film is engineered for tensile strength, elongation, controlled post-curing modulus and low shrinkage. It provides durable adhesion to glass and TPT backsheet materials, along with UV and damp-heat resistance.
Technical specifications: Visible-light transmittance: above 91%. UV cutoff: 360 nm. Volume resistivity: above 10¹⁵ Ω·cm. Peel strength: above 60 N/cm to glass and above 40 N/cm to TPT. Yellowing index change after 1,000 hours of UV or damp-heat exposure: below 5.0. Lamination window: 138–150°C.
