A high-strength 6005-T6 anodized aluminum frame for long-life photovoltaic modules.

Optimized cross-sections and tight dimensional tolerances improve fit with glass and encapsulation layers. White and black anodized finishes support conventional and all-black modules. Drainage holes, adhesive overflow channels and secure spring-clip structures simplify production and installation.

Technical specifications: Material: 6005-T6 aluminum alloy. Webster hardness: at least 15 HW. AA-grade anodizing: white coating at least 10 μm (AA10), black coating at least 15 μm (AA15). Designed for 25–30 years of outdoor exposure.
