This system uses ground-source heat pump technology. It exploits the relatively stable underground soil temperature and exchanges heat through buried ground-loop heat exchangers, providing villa heating in winter, cooling in summer and integrated fresh-air operation.
In winter, the heat pump extracts low-grade heat from the soil, raises its temperature via the compressor and supplies hot water to indoor fan coils and radiant floor terminals for comfortable heating.
In summer, it transfers indoor heat into the soil to produce chilled water, delivering cooling through fan coils and floor or ceiling radiant terminals. A separate fresh-air handling unit filters, dehumidifies and tempers outdoor air, supplying it by displacement ventilation to improve indoor air quality while effectively controlling condensation risk at the radiant terminals.
Intelligent controls adjust operation automatically according to indoor temperature, humidity and load demand, delivering efficient, energy-saving, low-noise comfort all year round.
